Getting there & parking
FLIBS spreads across several waterfront venues anchored by Bahia Mar on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Driving in is possible but slow — the show's official shuttles and the Water Taxi are the smart way to hop between venues.
From our homes it's about a 15-minute drive to the show zone. We suggest arriving before mid-morning, or ridesharing to a Water Taxi stop and floating in like a local.
Good to know before you go
- The show runs five days and covers superyachts, center consoles and marine tech — pick a weekday if you can; weekends are packed.
- Wear boat-friendly shoes (many docks ask for soft soles) and bring sun protection — most of the show is outdoors.
- Tickets are sold online in advance; multi-day passes are the best value if you're seriously shopping.
- Book accommodation early — boat-show week is one of the busiest of the year in Fort Lauderdale.
